Message from the Artist
My work is an ongoing exploration of
wheel-thrown vessels. Achieving a successful union of form and
surface is of great importance to me, along with the development of an
art object that is understated, yet engaging. I think of my
ceramic work as sculpture, yet it is created using the techniques of
traditional pottery, for which I have great regard.
You can see samples of my work at pottersguildnj.com
or in person at the Zimmerli Art Museum shop - Rutgers
University - New Brunswick, Through the Moongate - Highland Park,
or by contacting me.
